摘要
目的探讨正常成年人血清胱抑素C浓度与不同年龄层次的关系。方法选取临床标本,收集利用胶体金颗粒免疫比浊法测定的血清胱抑素C浓度值,比较不同年龄段及不同性别胱抑素C的差异。结果共3515例患者纳入研究,其中男性1990例,女性1525例;男性女性间血清胱抑素C的含量没有差异,而50~75岁年龄段（1.18±0.15mg/L）和75岁~年龄段（1.32±0.16mg/L）的胱抑素C含量较18~50岁年龄段（0.76±0.11mg/L）有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论血清胱抑素C的含量与性别无关,而在不同年龄段存在差异,需要建立对应的参考范围。
Objective To investigate the association between serum cystatin C and age structure in adults with normal renal function.Methods The concentration of serum cystatin C of clinical samples were collected,and the difference between serum cystatin C and age and gender of those samples were campared.Results A total of 3515 subjects were collected,included 1990 male and 1525 female;No difference was found between serum cystatin C and gender,while significant difference was found between serum cystatin C of aged 50~75 years（1.18±0.15mg/L）,75~years（1.32±0.16mg/L） and aged 18~50 years（0.76±0.11mg/L）.Conclusion There was no relation between serum cystatin C and gender,while significant difference was found between cystatin C and age struction.So the corresponding reference interval of serum cystatin C should be set up for clinical applications.
