摘要
为确保轨道交通安全、可靠、高效的运行,方便操作人员对运营过程实施全面的集中监控和管理,应建立一个多条轨道交通线路集中调度指挥的控制中心,控制中心的规模、环境条件应满足设备安装、调度人员使用的需求。从大厅的硬件布置、装饰装修、服务配套设施使用要求等方面,系统地提出兰州轨道交通控制中心大厅各项用户使用需求。
In order to ensure safe, reliable and efficient rail transit operation and facilitate the operator to implement centralized monitoring and management, a centralized scheduling command control center should be established for many rail transit lines. The size and environmental conditions of the center should meet the demands of equipment installation and dispatching personnel working. This paper puts forward all the user demands of the Lanzhou railway traffic control center, including the hardware layout, decoration and renovation and service facilities of the hall.
