摘要
目的:对比强化与常规血糖控制对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:93例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,随机分组后给予强化(强化组56例)治疗,常规降糖(对照组37例)治疗,并同52例正常孕妇的妊娠过程进行比较,分析在孕产妇和围生儿并发症方面有无差异。结果:经临床治疗后,在妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、胎膜早破、巨大儿、早产方面,强化组结局明显优于对照组(P<0.05);正常组与强化组的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);就结局而言,正常组比对照组的优势明显(P<0.05)。结论:重视血糖筛查,及时诊断和强化治疗妊娠期糖尿病,可以有效的降低母儿并发症的发生率。
Objective：To contrast enhancement and normal blood sugar control of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.Methods：93 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into intensive group （56 cases） and routine hypoglyeemic group （37 cases）.The pregnancy process was compared with that of 52 normal pregnant women. Birth complications in the absence of differences.Results：after treatment, the gestational hypertension disease, hydramnios, premature rupture of membranes, macrosomia, premature birth, strengthen the group end is obviously better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：attaches great importance to the blood glucose screening, timely diagnosis and strengthen the treatment of gestational diabetes, the incidence of complications can effectively reduce the mother.
