摘要
针对变电站避雷针法兰盘与钢管之间的焊接部分容易受外界环境影响出现裂纹的情况,文章采用超声波探伤的方法进行监测,超声波信号采用无线方式进行传输,需要减少传输数据量及传输频率,以降低设备功耗。采用基于MPEG技术的P帧压缩方法,结合稀疏矩阵压缩方法,实现单次探伤信号3.92:1的压缩比。实测结果表明,本方法能够使无线通信数据量降低62.0%,在变电站避雷针裂纹监测中具有一定的实用价值。
The welding between flange and steel-tubo on the lightning rod in substation can easily be cracked by environmental impact. Ultrasonic can be used to detect the crack. Because the ultrasonic signals are transmitted by wireless mode, The detected signal data should be compressed and transmission frequency should be deduced to reduce equipment power consumption. In this paper, with the methods of P-frame compression based on MPEG and sparse matrix compression, 3.92:1 compression ration of single flaw detection signal is realized. The results show that, with these methods, 62.0% wireless communication data can be reduced. It has certain practical value for the rod crack detection in substation.
