摘要 高职院校产学研协同活动偏向人才培养与生产应用,产学研协同育人应使企业产品有效提升和使校企合作与人才培养有效衔接。提出黎明职业大学材料化工专业群产学研协同的实践经验,即依托协同创新平台,以校企合作项目为载体,通过教学法改造形成教学项目,将其融入专业培养全过程,实现学校、企业、学生等多方共赢。 The industry-academy-research cooperation activities of higher vocational colleges favor talents cultivation and application of production. The industry-academy-research cooperative education should improve the products of enterprises effectively, and link school-enterprise cooperation and talents cultivation effectively. This paper put forward the practical experience of Liming Vocational University specialties group of material chemistry, that is, transforming the cooperation projects of colleges and enterprises on the collaborative innovation platform into instructional programs alongside teaching methodology reform, and incorporating them into the entire process of speciality cultivation, to achieve win-win for all parties, such as colleges, enterprises and students.
