摘要
介绍了风险评价的方法,阐述了风险减少策略,提出了采用基于危险的方法(HBA)确定控制系统有关安全部件(SRP/CS)"要求的性能等级(PLr)"。通过确定或估算SRP/CS控制回路的类别、平均危险失效时间(MTTFd)、平均危险失效的诊断覆盖率(DCavg)及共因失效(CCF)四个参数,对SRP/CS性能等级(PL)进行评估。
Method of risk assessment was reported. Strategy for risk reduction was presented. Required performance level (PLr) of safety-related part of a control system (SRP/CS) was determined by hazard based approach. Performance level (PL) of SRP/CS was evaluated by determination or estimatation for category of SRP/CS, MTTFd, DCavg and CCF.
