摘要 气井井底伤害、堵塞问题一直贯穿气井整个生产历程,影响气井稳定生产,一般来说投产初期主要是钻井液、压裂液伤害,后期是结垢堵塞、泡排剂乳化物堵塞,贯穿始终的是水锁伤害、凝析油伤害等,这些堵塞或伤害有的主要存在于井筒中,有的存在于储层内,针对性净化治理难度很大。以川西气田近5a开展的井底净化工作为基础,总结梳理出一系列井底净化技术,如针对井筒堵塞的井筒清洗技术。针对压裂井近储层伤害的大液量强顶替技术,针对水锁伤害、凝析油伤害的净化+泡排联作维护技术等。这些技术的形成与发展完善了井底净化技术体系。提高了井底净化施工工艺效果。 The bottomhole damage and plugging problems in the gas wells have been through the entire process of the gas well production, which 'affects the stable production of the gas wells. Generally speaking, in the initial stage the damage to bottomhole is mainly of the drilling fluid and/or fracturing fluid, and in the latter stage is the scaling/fouling and blockage of foam drainage agent emulsion. The throughout damage is the water lock and coudensate oil damage. Some plugging or damages mainly exist in the wellbore, and others exist in the reservoirs. It is very difficult to remove them in a targeted way. Based on the bottom-hole cleaning work carried out in the West Sichuan gasfield in recent 5 years, a series of bottomhole cleaning technologies are sorted out and summarized, such as wellbore cleaning technology for wellbore blockage, large-volume strong displacement technology for reservoir damage near fracturing wells, and purification + foam drainage combined maintenance technology for water lock and condensate oil damages. The formation and development of these technologies have perfected the bottomhole cleaning technology system, and improved the effect of bottomhole cleaning construction process.
