摘要
长庆气田是典型的低渗透致密气藏,为了进一步提高整体开发效益,充分利用大井组开发优势,建立了一种适合气田大井组作业的工厂化压裂方法。该方法由基于体积压裂基础上的两大模式组成,即供、储、配、收一体化压裂用水循环模式(井场水源井+大容量储水系统+实时连续混配+压裂液重复利用)和批量化作业模式(井场准备、井筒准备、压裂排液等3个阶段的批量作业)。现场试验30个井组187口井,井组压裂作业周期缩短了50%以上.提速效果显著。
Changqing Gasfield is a typical low-permeability tight gas reservoir. In order to further improve the overall development efficiency and make full use of the advantage of development with large well- group, a factory fracturing method suitable for the operation of large well-group in gas field is established. This method is composed of two modes based on three-dimensional fracturing, namely, integrated fracturing-used water cycle mode (Water supply at the well site + Large volume water storage system + Real-time continuously mixed preparation of fracturing liquid + Repeated utilization of the fracturing fluid) and batch operation mode (Three stages of batch operations, such as the well site preparation, wellbore preparation, and liquid discharge by fracturing). Through the test of 187 wells in 30 well groups on the spot, the fracturing operation period of the well group is shortened by more than 50%, with the remarkable effect of speedup.
