摘要
抗坏血酸在碱性条件下能将敌草快还原成黄绿色的自由基,该自由基在378nm波长下有最大吸收,据此建立了抗坏血酸分光光度法测定敌草快含量的新方法.敌草快标准溶液质量浓度在0.27~21.44mg/L范围内时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.084 3ρ(mg/L)+0.013 9,线性相关系数r=0.999 8.水样与草样中的敌草快经二氧化硅进行固相萃取,被吸附至硅胶颗粒的敌草快直接用抗坏血酸与氢氧化钠洗脱,洗脱液定容后则直接用分光光度法测定.将该方法应用于环境水体与植物提取液中敌草快的含量分析,回收率在91.3%~104.0%之间,结果令人满意.
A new method for determination of diquat by spectrophotometry was developed based on ascorbic acid as the coloring reagent of diquat,which has a maximum absorbance at 378 nm.Under the optimum conditions,the relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of diquat was linear in the range of 0.27—21.44mg/L.The regression equation was A=0.084 3ρ(mg/L)+0.013 9and the relative coefficient r was 0.999 8,the average recovery rate of samples in the system was 91.3%—104.0%.The diquat in the solution was absorbed by SiO2 in the column and eluted by NaOH and ascorbic acid directly.The proposed methods have been applied to the determination of diquat content in water samples and plant samples.And all the results were satisfactory.
