摘要
近年来,血液恶性肿瘤的发病率不断攀升,已成为严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病。血液恶性肿瘤主要包括白血病、骨髓瘤、恶性淋巴瘤。其发病原因、遗传影响、早期诊断、有效治疗等问题一直是各国医学专家研究的热点。本项目以血液恶性肿瘤的临床诊断、治疗及疗效评价中面临的重大需求为目标,将纳米生物医学技术与血液恶性肿瘤诊治相结合,发展新型功能纳米材料,探索其在血液恶性肿瘤检测和诊断、免疫治疗及基因治疗方面的应用,为血液恶性肿瘤的诊治提供全新的技术和方法。
Hematologic malignancies are forms of cancer that begin in the cell of blood-forming tissue, mainly including leukemia, myeloma, and malignant lymphoma. The etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of hemotologic malignancies have gained intensive research efforts during past decades. Nanotechnologies may provide opportunities of improving the level of diagnosis and treatment for blood cancers as they have contributed to that for solid tumors. In the past five years, we have beenmaking great efforts todevelop novel solutions to meet the demands in clinical diagnosis, treatments and therapeutic evaluation of hematological malignancies by applying nanotechnology. In this review, selected progresses obtained in the project have been introduced, including a novel antagonist of CXCR4 and its nano-formulation, a gene delivery system preferable to CML cells, functional magnetic therapeutic and diagnostic agents. The appli- cation researches in diagnosis, immune therapy and gene therapy of hematological malignancies were addressed and the perspectives as well as the generated future research work were also discussed.
