摘要
目的:观察麻黄方颗粒配合穴位埋线对寒冷性荨麻疹(CU)的疗效及免疫功能影响。方法:将2012年6月至2015年6月我院收治的39例CU患者随机分为研究组(23例)与对照组(16例),两组均给予外用炉甘石洗剂治疗,对照组采用西替利嗪治疗,研究组采用麻黄方颗粒配合穴位埋线治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均有所改善(P<0.05),研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组临床各项症状积分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组明显改善(P<0.05),研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为95.65%,明显优于对照组62.50%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.69%,略低于对照组18.75%(P>0.05)。结论:对CU患者采用麻黄方颗粒配合穴位埋线治疗效果显著,可有效改善其临床症状,提高免疫功能,值得临床借鉴。
Objective： To discuss the impact of Mahuangfang Granules combined with acupoint catgut embedding on efficacy and immune function for cold urticaria（CU）.Methods： 39 cases of patients with CU in our hospital from June 2012 to June2015were randomly divided into study group（with 23cases） and controlled group（with 16cases）.Both the two groups were given topical treatment of Calamine Lotion,among which the controlled group was treated with cetirizine,and the study group was treated with Mahuangfang Granules combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results： There were no significant differences in the CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋levels between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,and the CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋levels in the two groups after treatment were improved（P〈0.05）,of which the study group were obviously better than those of the controlled group（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the clinical symptom scores before treatment（P〉0.05）,of which after treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,and the scores in the study group were obviously lower than those in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the study group was 95.65%,obviously better than that of 62.50% in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.69%,slightly lower than that of 18.75% in the controlled group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of Mahuangfang Granules combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of patients with CU is remarkable,which can effective improve the clinical symptoms and improve immune function,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
