摘要
目的:观察温阳定痛蠲痹方冬病夏治原发性纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将原发性纤维肌痛综合征中医辨证分型属阳虚寒凝证患者分为3组(每组50例),治疗组给予温阳定痛蠲痹方冬病夏治治疗,对照1组给予温阳定痛蠲痹方冬季治疗,对照2组给予阿米替林或胺苯环庚烯随时治疗;疗程均为6周,观察近期(用药6周)疗效与远期(停止服药一年)疗效。结果:三组对象用药后临床疗效、缓解症状均有不同程度改善,治疗组、对照1组近期疗效与远期疗效均明显优于对照2组(P<0.05),治疗组、对照1组近期疗效无显著性差异(P<0.01),远期疗效治疗组明显优于对照1组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳定痛蠲痹方冬病夏治原发性纤维肌痛综合征疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi Recipe in winter disease cured in summer of primary fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods： The Primary fibromyalgia syndrome patients which were syndrome of Yang deficiency and coagulated cold in TCM were divided into three groups,50 cases in each group.Then the experimental group treated with Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi Recipe treating winter disease in summer.Treated the controlled group 1with Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi Recipe in winter.Treated the controlled group2 with Amitriptyline or Cyclobenzaprine randomly; all of the courses last for six weeks,we would observe whole courses of both recent curative efficacy（medication for six weeks） and prospective efficacy（withdrew for a year）.Results： All of the three groups targeted for treatment improvement to varying degrees.The curative effect of the experimental group and the controlled group1 proved to be obviously better than that of the controlled group 2（P〈0.05）.The recent curative efficacy of the experimental group differentiated little with that of the controlled group 1（P〈0.01）.The prospective effect of the experimental group proved to be obviously better than that of the controlled group 1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi Recipe has a good curative effect in winter disease cured in summer of primary fibromyalgia syndrome.
