摘要
研究了硫酸盐作用下大理石粉对水泥固化氯离子性能的影响规律及作用机理。试验结果表明:水泥-大理石粉硬化浆体氯离子固化率,1 d龄期之前快速增长,1~3 d龄期增长变缓,3~7 d龄期进一步减缓,7~28 d龄期时增加缓慢,1 d、3 d和7 d龄期的分别达到28 d的50%、70%和95%。随着大理石粉掺量的增加,水泥浆体的氯离子固化率,6 h、12 h、1 d龄期增大,3 d、7 d、28 d龄期降低;随着硫酸盐浓度增加,其氯离子固化率降低。XRD分析表明大理石粉对水泥浆体28 d龄期的Freidel's盐生成量影响不大,硫酸盐抑制水泥-大理石粉浆体Freidel's盐生成。
Effect and mechanism of the ground marble on the chloride binding capacity of the cement under sulfate attack at different age were studied. The results show that the chloride binding ratio of the cement paste increases rapidly before the age of 1 d, gradually from the age of 1 d to 3 d, slowly from the age of 3 d to 7 d, and remained unchanged from the age of 7 d to 28 d. The chloride binding ratio in 1 d, 3 d and 7 d had reached 50% , 70% and 95% of which in 28 d respectively. The chloride binding ratio of the cement paste increased with the growth of the ground marble contents at age of 6 h, 12 h and 1 d which declined at age of 3 d, 7 d and 28 d. The chloride binding ratio decreased with the increase of the sulfate content. The XRD patterns shows that the ground marble had little effect on the Freidel 's salt production of cement paste at age of 28 d and the sulfate restrained the Freidel's salt from generating of the cement-ground marble pastes.
