摘要
目的明确我院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌耐亚胺培南基因型。方法收集临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌219株,筛选亚胺培南耐药株;采用双纸片协同试验对临床分离的35株耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌进行金属β-内酰胺酶(MBL)表型检测;用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测MBL基因型别,并对PCR扩增阳性株进行测序。结果 219株铜绿假单胞菌中35株为耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌,35株耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌共检出14株MBL表型阳性,占40%。其中IMP-1型阳性7株、VIM-2型阳性2株。结论产金属β-内酰胺酶是铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药的主要机制之一,临床应根据药敏结果及产酶情况综合考虑合理用药,以减少耐药菌株的产生。
Objective To investigate the imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa genotype in our hospital clinical isolates.Methods A total of 219 Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected in our hospital.Double-disk synergy test was used to 35 of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa phenotype by MBL detection.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect MBL genotypes.PCR mplification positive strains was sequenced.Results Among 219 of Paeruginosa,imipenem-resistant was 35 cases.Among the imipenem-resistant,MBL-positive phenotype was 21case(16%).Which IMP-1-type positive 7,VIM-2type 2positive.Conclusion β-lactamase producing metal Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the main mechanisms within theβ-lactam antimicrobial resistance of clinical rational.It should be rationally use medicines so that to reduce resistance strains generating.
