摘要
目的:观察分期综合疗法治疗腰背部带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将100例愿意针灸治疗的患者随机分为观察组34例、对照组33例,药物治疗组33例,三组均予西药常规治疗,观察组在此基础上根据不同分期采用不同方法综合治疗,1次/d;对照组采用常规针刺治疗,1次/d;药物治疗组采用单纯药物治疗。结果:观察组愈显率为85.3%,高于对照组的78.8%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而二者均优于药物组54.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);水疱结痂日期对比,观察组50%、100%结痂日均明显短于对照组和药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且50%结痂与100%结痂日期差,观察组明显短于对照组和药物组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组短于药物组(P<0.05);遗留后遗症情况:观察组8.8%与对照组9.1%差异不明显(P>0.1),二者均明显低于药物组30.3%的遗留后遗症比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分期综合治疗带状疱疹是一种有效可行的方法,疗效优于常规针刺和药物治疗组,能缩短疗程,且局部物理治疗能显著降低患者的后遗症发生,中西医综合治疗是治疗带状疱疹比较理想的方法。

Conclusion： treating herpes zoster by stage comprehensive therapy is a kind of effective and feasible method, the clinical effect is better than the acupuncture group and the drug treatment group, Can shorten the course of treatment, And local physical therapy can significantly reduce the sequelae of patients, Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is an ideal method forthe treatment of herpes zoster.
