摘要
目的:分析益肾活血汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法:回顾性分析108例排卵障碍性不孕症患者的临床资料,根据是否采取益肾活血汤治疗进行分组;对照组单纯采取克罗米芬治疗,观察组在克罗米芬治疗的基础上,采取益肾活血汤治疗;综合评价患者的临床疗效,并作对比分析。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础体温复常率、排卵率、妊娠率均大于对照组,经x2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为85.71%,大于对照组的71.15%,经x2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效确切,可协同促进卵泡发育、子宫内膜增生,对于提高排卵率、妊娠率具有积极作用。
Objective： To analyze the effect ofYishen Huoxue decoction in treating infertility due to ovulation. Methods： The clinical data of 108 patients with infertility due to ovulation were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received clomiphene treatment while the observation group received Yishen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect of patients was comprehensively evaluated, compared and analyzed. Results： After treatment, the dominant follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; the basal body temperature complex rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance by x2 test （P 〈 0.05）; the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 71.15%, the difference was of statistical significance by x2 test （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yishen Huoxue decoction had significant curative effect in treating infertility due to ovulation, it could promote follicular development and endometrial hyperplasia, which functioned positively in improving ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
