摘要
由于青岛美术学校新建工程一期项目——体育馆项目结构造型复杂、安装系统多变,将BIM技术运用到项目施工管理中,分别研究了BIM技术在各专业建模、深化设计、施工场地布置、施工进度动态模拟、施工质量安全目标控制、施工成本控制、施工资料及合同等管理中的应用.BIM技术的应用解决了大跨度预应力结构、钢结构屋架的受力复杂、施工技术含量高及项目施工管理困难等施工难题.这也更充分地体现了BIM技术在施工过程中的应用价值.
For the construction of one phase of the project Qingdao Art School, the stadium project structure modeling is complex and changeable in characteristics of installation sys- tem, and the BIM technology is applied to construction project management. The paper makes a study of the BIM technology in the professional modeling, construction progress and the construction of dynamic simulation design, construction layout, the construction quality control, construction safety control, cost control, construction materials and the application of the contract management. The application of BIM technology of the large-span prestressed structure and the steel truss structure solves the difficulties of project construction manage- ment, complex stress state, the construction of high technical content. It is a reflection of the value of the BIM technology application in the construction process.
