丁二烯抽提装置中丙炔燃爆特性研究

摘要 根据丁二烯抽提装置中丙炔的燃爆特性,通过爆炸极限测定仪和爆轰管研究并确定了温度对丙炔爆炸极限的影响,确定了不同温度下丙炔的分解临界压力,讨论了氮气稀释对丙炔分解临界压力的影响。研究表明:丙炔易发生分解失控或气相燃爆,且发生分解失控时后果严重。为了确保丁二烯抽提工艺中丙炔的安全使用,建议在低温和低含量下使用丙炔。 Based on combustion and explosion characteristic of propine in the butadiene extraction, effect of temperature on explosion limit of the propine was determined by explosion limit test instrument and research on detonation tube. Critical pressures for decomposition of propine under different temperatures were confirmed, and effect of nitrogen dilution on the critical pressure was discussed. The study showed that propine was easy to be decomposed and runaway, and serious consequence could be caused. In order to ensure safe usage of propine in the butadiene extraction device, under the condition of low temperature and low content to use propine was advised.
