摘要
在异质文化相互碰撞、学生价值诉求多元多样、教育变革步入深水区的时代背景下,大学生思政工作的理念与实践需要进一步创新与完善。当前,大学生思政工作需要确立体现创新创造教育思想和改革开放精神的包容性发展新视野,在教育队伍的协同中凝成合力、在教育资源的协同中汇聚动力、在教育方式的协同中强化推力,从而提升新的"协同教育"水平,不断引领思政工作理念的与时俱进、更好服务高校人才培育的自由发展、科学契合学生动态发展的多元诉求、显著提升思政教育的现实成效。
With the heterogeneous cultures colliding each other, students＇ diverse appeal of value and educational reform stepping into deep water area, further innovation and improvement need to be put on the theory and practice of college students＇ ideological work. Currently, innovation and creative education thinking should be established and embodied in the ideological work, as well as new inclusive vision and the spirit of reform and opening up. Only in such event which cohesive force is developed in the education teamwork, drive force is formed in educational resources and pushing power is reinforced in tandem with education model. They can promote the real level of ＂cooperative Education＂ and constantly lead the college ideological work to keep pace with our times, do better service to free development on cultivation of colleges＇ talents. Then, it＇s better to correspond to multiple appeals of students＇ dynamic development scientifically and enhance notable improvements of practical effect of ideological work.
