摘要
微热板近年来被广泛应用到气体传感器领域。为了提高微热板式气体传感器工作的稳定性,文中设计了一种可控温WIFI采集传感器节点。它以CC3200为WIFI节点核心,结合Dut13微热板驱动芯片以及高速ADC和DAC模块实现对微热板气体传感器的无线控温和气敏信号采集。实验结果表明,在环境温度10~45℃范围内,微热板目标温度350℃以内,该节点的控温精度优于±4℃,节点平均总功耗小于350 m W。
Micro hotplate (MHP)is a widely used heating platform for semiconductor gas sensors.In order to improve the Mi- ero-hotplate gas sensor working stability, a temperature-controlled gas sensor WiFi acquisition system based on micro hotplate was developed.The node used CC3200 as WiFi nodecore, Dutl3 micro-hotplate driving chip ,high-speed ADC and ADC.It can control MHP temperature and monitor gas signal.Experimental results show that with environmental temperature from 10 ℃ to 45 ℃, and MHP target temperature less than 350 ℃, the temperature control precision is within ±4℃, total system power consumption is less than 350 mW.
