摘要
水体疏水性有机污染物的形态和生物有效性是当前环境领域研究的重点和热点之一.本文概括了水体疏水性有机污染物的存在形态,将其分为自由溶解态、溶解性有机质结合态和颗粒物结合态,并提出可根据有机质的相对分子质量和结构组成以及颗粒物的粒径和组成进一步细分.总结了水体有机污染物生物有效性的研究方法,包括化学方法和生物方法.分析了各种存在形态污染物生物有效性的研究进展,最后探讨了水体有机污染物形态和生物有效性的影响因素,并提出研究展望.
Speciation and bioavailability of hydrophobic organic pollutants in water body are importantissues in environmental research. The speciation of hydrophobic organic pollutants is divided into freelydissolved fraction, dissolved organic matters (DOM) associated fraction and particles associated fraction.Further classification is possible based on molecule weight, DOM structure, particle size and composition. Tostudy bioavailability of hydrophobic organic pollutants both chemical and biological methods are used. Recentprogresses in the study of bioavailability of hydrophobic organic pollutants of different speciation are reviewed.Influencing factors on speciation and bioavailability of hydrophobic organic pollutants in water bodies arediscussed, with further implications and perspectives elaborated.
