摘要
针对金刚石生产现场强背景噪声问题,设计实现了一种自适应有源噪声控制系统。首先,给出了系统架构设计和功能模块划分;采用基于TMS320C6748DSP和TVL320AIC3106音频芯片的硬件架构,通过"McASP+I2S+EDMA"数据传输机制,提高有源噪声控制系统的音频信号处理效率和实时性;采用低通滤波器和DSP专用指令的方式,提高FxLMS算法的抗干扰能力和执行速度;最后,基于实测数据实验验证了系统的有效性。结果表明,该系统对车间低频背景噪声降噪效果良好,线谱噪声最高降噪量达19dB。此外,进一步研究了次级声源与噪声源相对位置改变时空间降噪量的分布情况,给出了最佳次级声源布置方案。
This paper designed a self‐adapting active noise control system to deal with the strong noise in a diamond synthesizing workshop .Firstly ,system structure and module partition was proposed .The hardware architecture , which based on TMS320C6748 DSP and TVL320AIC3106 audio codec ,was combined with a“McASP+I2S+EDMA”transmission mechanism to increase audio signal processing capacity .Low‐pass filter and dedicated DSP instructions were used to make FxLMS algorithm more stable and faster .Experimental results of the actual data proved the system to be effective . It performed well in low‐frequency noise and achieved 19 dB reduction in certain frequencies . In addition ,we researched the effect of changing relative positions of the noise source and the secondary source ,and gave the best position of secondary source .
