摘要
探讨竹原纤维的微观结构及抗菌效果。为了更好的利用竹原纤维研发天然抗菌产品,测试了竹原纤维的强伸性能、微观形态、红外光谱及对大肠杆菌的抗菌效果。结果表明:竹原纤维断裂强度较高,断裂伸长较低,在干态和湿态下的强伸性能不同;竹原纤维表面有许多微细的沟纹;其结构中含有大量亲水性基团,存在抗菌物质;竹原纤维对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌率达95.34%。认为:竹原纤维属于"高强低伸"型纤维,具有良好的透气性、吸湿性和抗菌性。
Microstructure and antibacterial effect of natural bamboo fiber were discussed. In order to develop natural and antimicrobial productions with natural bamboo fiber, strength & elongation property, microstructure, infrared spectrum and antibacterial effect of natural bamboo fiber on escherichia coil were tested. The results show that natural bamboo fiber has higher breaking tenacity,lower broken elongation and the different strength & elongation property under dry and wet conditions. There are many fine grooves on the surface of natural bamboo fiber,large hydrophilic groups in fiber structure. Natural bamboo fiber antibacterial against escherichia coli is 95.34%. It is considered that higher strength lower stretch natural bamboo fiber has better breathable, hygroscopicity and antibacterial property.
