摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心护理安全管理的方法及效果。方法建立护理安全管理工作小组并制订工作流程,制订并严格落实管理制度,改善消毒灭菌物品存放条件,规范消毒灭菌物品处理流程。结果改进后,消毒灭菌物品的不合格率低于改进前(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理有效降低了消毒灭菌物品的不合格率。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing safety management in central sterile supply department（CSSD）. Methods The measures included setting up a nursing safety management working group to formulate work process and management regulations,improve the storage conditions of disinfection and sterilization items,and standardize the process of disinfection and sterilization. Results The unqualified rate of disinfection and sterilization products decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing safety management can effectively reduce the rate of unqualified products in disinfection and sterilization.
