摘要
声纳成像技术是市政排水管道病症检测中的一种重要检测技术。研制了基于脉冲回波法的排水管道声纳成像系统,介绍了声纳连续旋转扫描管壁成像的原理,给出了声纳成像仪的整体设计方案,详细阐述了主控制器和探头的实现方法,最后进行了室内模拟管道和工程现场排水管道的测试实验。实验表明,研制的声纳成像系统能实时测量显示排水管道的轮廓,准确定位并量化管道的缺陷,具有误差率低、便携、低功耗、稳定等优异的性能和良好的市场应用前景。
Sonar imaging technology is one of the most important techniques in the disease detection of municipal drainage pipeline. A sonar imaging system for drainage pipeline based on pulse echo method was proposed. First the principle of sonar imaging by continuous scanning pipeline wall was introduced, and then the sonar imaging instrument was designed. Finally the indoor simulation pipeline test and real engineering drainage pipeline test were developed. Experiments show that this sonar imaging system can mea- sure the profile of the drainage pipeline in real time, and can accurately pinpoint and quantize the defects of pipeline. It has the advantages of low error rate, portability, low power consumption, stability and the good market application prospect.
