摘要
婴幼儿配方乳粉是我国监管的重要对象,其中激素的检测成为当前检测领域的重点和难点,本文结合国内外与激素相关的法律法规和研究现状,综述了样品前处理技术和检测分析技术,并对存在的问题进行总结,为婴幼儿配方乳粉中激素检测技术的深入研究提供理论基础和研究思路。
