摘要
随着社会的发展与科技的进步,各行各业对高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。高校作为向社会输送人才的关键场所,其自身的管理质量对高校学生的发展有着重要的意义。在当前知识经济的时代,高校的科研发展对于培养和输送优秀的人才起着十分重要的作用。重视科研的发展就是重视人才的发展。因此,加强科技创新,构建创新的高校科研管理体系是非常必要的。
