摘要
共产党员坚持全心全意为人民服务,是检验党的群众路线的基本要求和是否落到实处的重要标准,以及巩固党的群众路线教育实践活动和"三严三实"专题教育成果的有效途径,更是扎实推进"两学一做"学习教育活动的内在要求和重要举措。当前,共产党员全心全意为人民服务还存在基层党组织服务功能弱化和党员干部理想信念不够坚定等问题。因此,党组织及其每位共产党员应牢固树立马克思主义的群众观点,全面提升为人民群众服务的能力与效率,建立健全为人民群众服务的机制和大力加强基层党组织建设。增强各个方面的相互联系和相互作用,构建起系统化的应用结构,切实提高全心全意为人民服务的质量与水平,进一步推动新时期共产党员服务人民群众工作的实效。
A member of the Communist Party of China （CPC） serving the people heart and soul is a basic requirement made by the Party to inspect its mass line and an important standard with which the Party checks whether the mass line has fallen to the effect. Also, it is an effective path to consolidating the achievement of the Party＇s mass-line education practice and the achievement of the special education of Three Stricts and Three Steadys. Furthermore, it is an inherent requirement and important move to making solid progress in the study and education of Two Studys and One Be. Currently, CPC members, in serving the people heart and soul, are confronted with problems, such as some grassroots Party organizations weakening their service function and some Party member cadres lacking of a firm belief in communism. In such a situation all Party organizations and every Party member should develop the Marxist concept of the masses, comprehensively improve their ability and efficiency of serving the people, establish and complete the mechanism of serving the people and try to strengthen the grassroots Party organizations building. Also, the interrelationship and interaction should be strengthened in all aspects to construct a systematic applied structure and thus improve the quality and level of serving the people actually and promote the work of Party members serving the people further and effectively in the new period.
