摘要
钢筋混凝土表面涂布硅烷等有机硅憎水渗透剂是钢筋混凝土防腐蚀措施之一。硅烷及硅烷膏体有机硅憎水渗透剂在港口码头和桥梁防护上得到广泛应用。为了解决硅烷等小分子有机硅憎水渗透剂在高温等环境条件下挥发损失较大的问题,硅烷膏体和低聚物相继被研究开发出来,但有机硅低聚物憎水渗透剂尚没有在工程上推广应用。通过研究环境条件对3类有机硅憎水渗透剂的性能影响来探讨有机硅低聚物憎水渗透剂的应用前景。试验结果表明,混凝土表面半干状态、混凝土表面温度在20℃~60℃、低风速都有利于有机硅憎水渗透剂的水解附着和渗透,而环境湿度的影响不大。3种有机硅憎水渗透剂在环境条件下,S-A(硅烷)表现为渗透深度最优,S-B(硅烷和有机硅低聚物的混合物)在接触角和挥发率上表现最优,SB的渗透深度与S-C(硅烷膏体)接近。电镜扫描试验证实3种有机硅憎水渗透剂的防水机理的细微差别,S-A硅烷分子小易于渗透但不会在表面成膜,S-B中的低聚物会在表面成膜,减缓硅烷的挥发,密集的烷基排列表现为高接触角,S-C膏体中的亲水乳化剂残留在混凝土表面降低了表面接触角。所以,有机硅低聚物憎水渗透剂与硅烷混合后可以用于混凝土表面憎水保护,并表现出优异的憎水性能。
That the organosihcou impregnating agents such as silane are coated on the reinforced concrete surface is one of the measures of anticorrosion of reinforced concrete. The organosilicon impregnating agents such as silane or creme silane have been widely used to protect ports and bridges. In order to solve the problem that the low molecular weight silane shall volatilize quickly at high temperature or in high wind speed environment, the creme silane and organosilicon oligomers were developed. But the organosilicon oligomer has not been used widely in engineering. The effect of environmental conditions on the performance of 3 types of organosilicon hydrophobic agents was studied. The test results show that the semi dry state of concrete surface, the concrete surface temperature at 2022-6022, and low wind speed are conducive to the hydrolysis and adhesion and penetration of organosilicon hydrophobic agents, and the impact of environmental humidity is little. In ambient conditions, the penetration depth performance of organosilicon impregnating agent S-A (silane) is optimal, the contact angle and the volatile rate performance of S-B ( a mixture of silane and organosilicon oligomer) are optimal, and the penetration depth performance of S-B is almost the same as that of S-C ( creme silane). The test results of scanning electron microscopy show that there is not any film on the surface of the concrete coated with S-A which can permeate into concrete easily ; the S-B forms polymer film on the surface which can slow down the volatilization of silane; the high contact angle can be showed with the high concentration of the alkyl groups; and the emulsifiers including hydrophilic groups in S-C which shaU reduce surface contact angle are left over on the concrete surface. So the mixture of organosilicon oligomer impregnating agent with silane can be used on the concrete surface to protect the reinforced concrete and can exhibit excellent hydrophobic properties.
