摘要
从劳动力市场需求方面看,结构性失业以及人才供求不匹配等问题,对高等职业教育人才培养提出挑战。我国目前高等职业教育供给侧存在定位不准、激励不足以及缺乏大职业教育观等问题,应积极创办职业本科、完善学历证书体系和学位等级制度,优化人才培养结构和机制。
From the perspective of labor market demand,there are many problems in the labor market especially structural unemployment as well as mismatch between supply and demand of talent. These problems have challenged the development of higher vocational education. At present,the supply of higher vocational education in China has the following problems： imprecise positioning,the lack of motivation and the lack of the concept of large- scale vocational education. Faced with problems and challenges,this paper puts forward the specific measures of supply-side reform of higher vocational education,including the establishment of vocational undergraduate course,perfecting the academic certificate system and degree system,as well as optimizing structure and mechanism of the talent training.
