摘要
深圳至中山跨江通道项目所处的珠江口水域船舶通航密度大，通航水道众多，通航环境十分复杂，施工期通航安全保障工作关系到工程顺利进行。为了给该水域内的船舶提供通航安全保障，通过分析珠江口水域通航条件、现有的安全监管措施及通航安全保障体系的构成情况，提出了大型海湾跨江通道项目施工期通航安全保障体系框架及安全保障措施。
The traffic is very busy in the waters of the Pearl river estuary, where the crossing river passageway from Shenz- hen to Zhongshan ＇would be built. There are many channels, and the navigation environment is very complex. So the work about navigation security is very important to the process of whole project. In order to improve navigation security, the security frame- work and measures about navigation security in the construction period of crossing river passageway were proposed, by analyzing the navigation condition, existing security measures and the construction of navigation security organization.
