摘要
国际海事组织(IMO)和学术界倾向于采用水动力学理论研究船舶稳性衡准,参考IMO提出的参数横摇和纯稳性丧失的第一层薄弱校性衡准建议方案,对4条远洋双甲板拖网渔船和4条远洋围网渔船进行实船验证,探索了第二代稳性衡准理论对渔船的适用性和合理性,促进渔船稳性衡准理论的发展。
The international maritime organization (IMO) and the academics tend to use the ship hydrodynamic theory to study stability criteria. Referring to the Level 1 vulnerable criteria on parametric rolling and pure loss of stability adopted by IMO, verification was carried out by four ocean-going trawlers and four senior vessels to study the applicability and rationality of the second generation intact stability criteria for fishing ships, in order to promote the development of fishing stability criteria theory.
