摘要
为研究渔船导管桨的水动力学性能及其周围流场,以42m拖网渔船的导管桨为研究对象,按照拖曳水池的实际情况加工成模型并进行了敞水试验,同时利用Fluent软件对导管桨周围粘性流场进行了数值模拟,并与试验数据进行比较,同时分析了导管桨流场的特性情况。计算结果表明,试验与数值模拟结果基本吻合,变化趋势一致,同时采用Fluent对导管桨周围流场的模拟能够满足一般的工业需求。
In order to study the hydrodynamic performance and the flow field characteristics of ducted propeller of trawlers, the ducted propeller of 42 m trawler was chosen as the research object. The model was processed and the open water test was done based on the practical situation of towing tank, and the Fluent was used to simulate the viscous flow field around the ducted propeller. The result was compared with the model test, and the flow field characteristics of ducted propeller were analyzed. The numerical result was basically consistent with the experimental one. So the numerical simulation of the flow field around ducted propeller with Fluent could meet the demands of general commercial production.
