水口山八厂制酸系统运行及技改总结

摘要 介绍了湖南水口山有色金属集团公司第八冶炼厂100 kt/a制酸系统工艺设备运行情况。对装置扩产改造生产过程中存在的问题和改进措施进行了总结,转化工序新增1台内置"U"型管换热器的转化器和新增1套预转化预吸收系统,干吸工序用水轮机冷却塔代替传统逆流式循环水冷却塔。扩产升级改造后制酸系统转化率提升到99.9%,尾气二氧化硫排放质量浓度在正常生产中降到395mg/m^3以下,均已达到设计要求。 The 100 kt/a acid process and the facility of the Eighth Smelter, Hunan ShuiKouShan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd., were introduced. The existing problems in the practice after production expansion and strategies for improvement were reviewed. A new converter with a built-in U-tube heat exchanger and a new pre-conversion plus pre-absorption system were added into the conver- sion stage. The water turbine cooling tower took the place of the conventional countercurrent circulating water cooling tower for the dr- ying absorption stage. After upgrading, the conversion rate of the acid system reached to 99. 9%, and the concentration of sulphur diox- ide in the emission gas decreased to below 395 mg/m3 under normal operation conditions, which met the designed specification.
