摘要
目的观察自拟瑶蔻复方对小鼠黄褐斑模型的疗效。方法黄体酮注射法建立小鼠黄褐斑模型,分为正常组、模型组、瑶蔻复方组、阳性组,外用给药30 d后,检测皮肤和肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果瑶蔻复方外用可使黄褐斑小鼠皮肤和肝脏SOD活力有所提升,其中皮肤SOD活力与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论瑶蔻复方外用治疗黄褐斑可能通过提高机体SOD活力来抑制氧化反应,减轻皮肤色素沉着。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yaokou prescription(YKP)against chloasma in mice.Methods Chloasma model of mice were prepared by progestin injection. Fourty mice were randomly divided into four groups,i.e. normal, model control,Yaokou prescription and positive control groups(n=10). After 30 days of topical YKP administration,the SOD activities in skin and liver of chloasma mice were detected.Results YKP administration could significantly increase the skin SOD activities in mice with chloasma,compared to that of model control group(P〈0.01).ConclusionThe effectiveness of YKP in chloasma seems to be associated with the elevation of SOD activities,inhibition of peroxidation and improvement of chromatosis.
