摘要
目的探讨盆炎净加盆腔炎治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择2006年1月—2016年1月期间患慢性盆腔炎患者1 200例,随机分成对照组和盆疗组,对照组采用盆炎净加红藤汤保留灌肠,盆疗组采用盆炎净加盆腔炎治疗仪治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果 3个疗程结束后,对照组有效率为91.67%,盆疗组有效率为98.33%。对照组治疗1,2,3个疗程治愈率分别为20%,36.7%,58.17%;盆疗组治疗1,2,3个疗程治愈率分别为53%,72%,89.67%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明盆疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论盆炎净加盆腔炎治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切、显著,宜推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Penyanjing and pelvic inflammatory disease therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Between January 2006 and January 2016,1200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with Penyanjing and red soup retention enema,and the treatment group was treated with Penyanjing and pelvic inflammatory disease therapy instrument. Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the effective rate was 91.67% in the control group,and the effective rate was 98.33% in the treatment group. The control group 1,2,3 period of treatment cure rate were 20%,36.7% and 58.17% respectively. Basin treatment group 1,2,3 period of treatment cure rate were 53%,72% and 89.67% respectively.The two groups have significant difference（P〈0.01）.Rasin group therapy treatment effect is better than the control group. ConclusionThe clinical effect of Penyanjing and pelvic inflammatory disease therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is effective and significant. The method is suitable for popularizing and applying.
