摘要
目的探讨男女尖锐湿疣(CA)患者心理状态,观察心理干预联合常规治疗对女性CA患者预后的影响。方法对男性和女性CA患者各110例进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定,同时将女性CA患者有负性情绪的100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予微波加5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力(ALA-PDT)照射,光照期间同时给予心理干预,而对照组单纯给予微波和ALA-PDT,观察治疗后的复发率及SAS、SDS评分的变化。结果男性CA患者、女性CA患者、国内常模SAS和SDS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=12.76,P<0.01;F=20.30,P<0.01);有负性情绪的女性CA患者,观察组较对照组CA复发率降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.618,P<0.05);观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(t=19.16,P<0.01;t=23.09,P<0.01)。结论 CA患者存在负性情绪,尤其是女性CA患者,心理干预联合常规治疗可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,降低CA的复发率。
Objective To investigate the psychological state of female patients with condyloma acuminatun（CA）and the effect of psychological intervention combined with routine therapy on the prognosis.Methods 110 cases of male and female CA patients were recruited respectively for the evaluation of self rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self rating depression scale（SDS）.At the same time,100 cases of female patients with negative emotion were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with ALA-PDT,microwave and psychological intervention,and control group with only ALA-PDT and microwave.The changes of the recurrence rate and the scores of SAS and SDS after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference（F=12.76,P〈0.01 F=20.30,P〈0.01）in SAS and SDS of male and female CA patients compared with those of domestic norms.The rate of CV recurrence in observation group was lower than that of control group with the difference statistically significant（χ^2=6.618,P〈0.05）.Both SAS and SDS scores of observation group decreased（t=19.16,P〈0.01,t=23.09,P〈0.01）after the treatment.Conclusion There are negative emotions in patients with CA,especially in females.Psychological intervention combined with routine therapy can reduce the recurrence rate of CA and alleviate the anxiety and depression.
