摘要
[目的]观察生脉注射液联合西药治疗肺肾气阴两虚慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将114例住院患者按抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组56例支气管扩张剂、低流量吸氧、抗生素、糖皮质激素等。治疗组58例生脉注射液,50m L/次,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、m MRC、CAT评分、FEV1%pred、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效50例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.50%。对照组显效32例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率83.92%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。m MRC、CAT评分、FEV1%pred两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]生脉注射液联合西药治疗肺肾气阴两虚慢性阻塞性肺疾病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the Shengmai injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of lung and kidney yin deficiency chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect. [Method] Using random para llel control method, 114 cases of hospitalized patients by the draw method is simple and were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （n=56） bronchodilators, low flow oxygen, antibiotics, glucocorticoid. Treatment group of 58 cases of vein injection, 50mL, QD, intravenous drip; western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, MMRC, cat score, FEV1% PRED, adverse reactions. 1 course of treatment, determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group was markedly effective in 50 cases, 6 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.50% in control group, 32 cases were excellent, 15 cases were effective, 9 cases ineffective, efficiency of 83.92%. Treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group （P〈0.05）.MMRC, cat score, FEV1% predicted in the two groups were all improved （P〈0.05）, treatment group better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Students Shengmai injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of lung and kidney yin deficiency of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
