摘要
本文从就业困难群体的影响因素出发,以昆明理工大学本科毕业生为例,分析了欠发达地区理工类高校毕业生就业困难群体的类型,建立了就业困难群体的分层指标(6项一级指标、9项二级指标以及21项三级指标),对就业困难群体进行分层量化研究,得出就业困难群体目标的量化值,从而在直观数值上对就业困难群体的困难等级进行判断,实现精准化帮扶。
Starting from the influencing factors of the employment disadvantaged groups, this paper analyzes the types of employment disadvantaged groups of graduates from science and engineering universities in the underdeveloped areas with the graduates of Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example, and sets up the stratification index of the employment disadvantaged groups(6 firstlevel indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators), for stratified and quantified research of the employment disadvantaged groups, and obtained the quantified value of the target groups, so as to judge the difficult grades of the disadvantaged groups and to achieve precision help.
