摘要
目前,新生代农民工已经成为了农民工的主体,这一群体的独特性以及他们所处的时代背景,导致他们面临权益受损普遍、社会保障水平低、精神生活贫乏、社会政治生活参与度小、心理问题凸显等诸多问题。因此,必须从构建社会主义和谐社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"的战略高度,进一步认识解决好新生代农民工问题的重要意义。工会作为工人阶级的群众组织和党联系职工群众的桥梁纽带,更要服务好包括新生代农民工在内的广大农民工群众。当前重要的是,应该对新生代农民工的特点及他们面临的问题进行分析和梳理,在此基础上提出工会组织在解决新生代农民工问题中采取的应对措施:一是大力提升新生代农民工的组织化程度;二是建立健全各项维权机制和制度;三是为农民工提供全方位、多元化的服务。
At present, new generation of migrant workers has become the main group of migrant workers. The uniqueness and their historical background caused lots of problems, such as common infringement of their rights, low-level social security, poor spiritual life, lack of participation in social political life, obvious mental problems, and so on. Therefore, we have to understand and handle new generation of migrant workers problems from the strategic views of constructing a socialist harmonious society and realizing China Dream. As the mass organization of working class and the bond of the Party to communicate with people, trade unions should serve vast peasantry including new generation of migrant workers. What＇s the most important in current situation is that features and problems of new generation migrant workers should be analyzed and sorted out and then to put forward countermeasures to these problems： firstly, promote the degree of new generation of migrant workers organization; secondly, establish and perfect the system and mechanism of rights protection; thirdly, provide the migrant workers with multi-faced and diversified service.
