摘要
目的对比和分析开腹与腹腔镜下手术治疗对胃肠肿瘤患者的营养状况以及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2014年收治的胃肠肿瘤患者88例,将其随机分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),观察组实施腹腔镜下手术,对照组实施开腹手术。对两组患者的手术情况、营养状况以及术后并发症进行评估和比较。结果观察组的手术情况相关指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的营养状况明显更优(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术较开腹手术具备创伤性更小,并发症发生率更低,且手术时间更短等优点,有益于患者术后机体的恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of open and laparoscopic surgery on the nutritional status and post-operative complications of gastrointestinal tumor patients. Methods During 2014,88 patients with gastrointestinal tumor were randomly divided into observation group(n = 44)and control group(n = 44). The observation group received laparoscopic sur-gery,and the control group was treated by open operation. The operation condition of the two groups,the nutritional status were evaluated and the postoperative complications were compared. Results The procedure related indicators of observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference was significant(P 〈 0. 05);Compared with the control group,the nutritional status of observation group was obviously better(P 〈 0. 05);At the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was also lower than that of control group,the difference was significant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscop-ic surgery has less traumatic,less complications,and the advantages of shorter operation time,is beneficial for the recovery of postoperative patients with the body,it is worth popularizing clinically.
