摘要 针对传统三相PFC电路存在的问题,介绍了一种新型并联式三相PFC电路结构。采用了Scott变压器实现三相交流电转换成两个相位正交的交流输入,分析了单周期控制单相PFC电路原理,推导了CCM模式下单周期控制方程,进行了主电路参数的设计和稳定性分析,使用MATLAB/Simulink对电路进行建模和仿真。仿真结果表明,输入电流跟踪输入电压,实现了三相功率因数校正的目的,输出电压基本保持恒定,动态响应快,验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。 For the problems existing in the traditional three-phase power factor correction ( PFC ) circuit, introduction was made to a novel parallel three-phase PFC circuit topology structure. Two-phase orthogonal voltage was produced by means of the Scott transformer from the three-phase input. Analysis was made to one-cycle control single-phase PFC circuit principle. The power factor correction equation was deduced in the current continuous mode. The parameters of the main circuit were designed and the circuit stability was analyzed. MATLAB/Simulink was used to carry out modeling and simulation for the circuit. The results show that it can make the phase of input current track the phase of input voltage, three-phase PFC is realized, and the output voltage maintains a constant with fast dynamic response. It verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed circuit.
