Analysis of Typical Energy-saving Technology in Sewage Treatment Plants

摘要 传统污水处理厂需要消耗大量的电能、燃料和药剂等资源用于处理污水。而污水中蕴含大量的低品位余热资源,污泥中含有丰富的有机物质。若充分利用这些资源,回收其低品位热能用于补充或抵消污水处理过程中的能源消耗,则可显著抵消污水处理厂的二氧化碳间接排放量,实现污水处理厂的"碳中和"目标。利用污水热能的污水源热泵技术,为建筑供冷供热;利用污泥高温厌氧消化工艺和沼气发电技术,补偿污水处理过程的电能消耗;利用光伏发电技术,在污水处理厂布置光伏发电组件,将产生的电能用于补偿污水处理厂的电能消耗。本文比较分析了上述3种技术在污水处理厂应用的节能性、经济性和"碳中和"方面的差异。研究结果表明:利用污水源热泵回收污水处理厂低品位余热技术具有更大的节能潜力,有助于实现污水处理厂的"碳中和"目标。 Traditional wastewater treatment plants often consume significant energy,fuel,pharmacological and other resources to deal with sewage. However,sewage contains a large amount of low-grade waste thermal energy,and the sludge is filled with rich organic substances. By appropriately utilising these resources and recycling the low-grade heat energy to complement or offset the energy consumed in the sewage treatment process,the amount of carbon dioxide indirect emissions can be significantly reduced and the objective of carbon neutrality for the sewage treatment plant can be realized. Sewage thermal energy can be utilised with heat pump technology for building cooling and heating. Biogas can be produced from the sludge anaerobic digestion process and used for power generation during the processing of sewage. An amount of heat or electricity can be generated by setting up a photovoltaic power generation module in the wastewater treatment plant,which can compensate for the heat energy and electrical energy consumption of the plant. The differences between these three types of technology are compared and analysed from the viewpoint of energy savings,economic feasibility and carbon neutrality. Research shows that sewage-sourced heat pump technology to recover low-grade waste thermal energy from a sewage treatment plant has great energy saving potential and can contribute to achieving the goal of ‘carbon neutralization'in such a plant.
