摘要
我国获得绿色建筑设计(或运行)评价标识项目的数量在逐年增加,开展基于建筑实际运行效果的后评估具有重要的现实意义。本文结合办公类和商店类绿色建筑特点提出了建筑运行使用后的关键评价指标,建立了针对办公类和商店类绿色建筑的绿色建筑后评估指标体系,并选取了5个典型案例开展试评,试评结果证明该体系合理且易于操作。
With the annual increasing numbers of labeled Green Building projects in China,it is becoming more important to implement the Green Buildings＇ Post Occupancy Evaluation（ POE）,in order to find out the practical operation effect. Aiming at office and commercial projects,this paper presents the key indicators of Green Buildings＇ POE,establishing a Specification System for Green Buildings＇ POE based on office and commercial projects. In the meantime,the research selected five typical cases as evaluating examples,which proved that this System has the rationality and practicality. This Specification System will give guidance for the Green Buildings＇ POE and make contribution for the healthy and sustainable development of Green Buildings in China.
