摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在乙醇溶剂中对无机纳米氧化铝进行了湿法表面改性,研究反应时间、反应温度和偶联剂用量对改性纳米氧化铝性能的影响,分别用傅里叶红外光谱进行表面基团分析,用分散性实验和场发射扫描电镜表征氧化铝在二甲基乙酰胺中的分散性和稳定性,优化反应条件。实验结果表明,当反应时间为4h,反应温度为80℃,偶联剂用量为3%(以纳米氧化铝质量计)时,得到的改性纳米氧化铝的分散性和稳定性最好。
Al2O3 nanoparticles with a diameter of around 30nm were uniformly dispersed in ethanol solution through the method of wet surface modification, which employed KH550 as silane coupling agent. The reaction time, temperature and the mass percentage of KH550 to Al2O3 were investigated. The grafting of KH550 on Al2O3 nanoparticles surface was characterized with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Additionally,dispersion experiments and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) were employed to evaluate the dispersion and stability of Al2O3 nanoparticles dis- persing in DMAe. The results indicated that the optimal reaction time was 4 h,temperature was 80℃ and the mass percent- age of KH550 to Al2O3 was about 3%.
