摘要
随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游职业教育成为旅游业人才输送的主要力量。提升高职旅游管理专业学生的职业综合素质和能力,对旅游业的服务质量和行业发展具有重要的意义和作用。通过对现行旅游业的发展需求和旅游人才培养需要的剖析,提出了构建基于职业能力提升的高职旅游管理专业校企互动嵌入式教学模式,为进一步深入校企合作,提高高职旅游教育人才培养质量提出了新的理论。
With the rapid development of tourism industry, tourism vocational education has become the main force of conveying tourism talents. Improving professional comprehensive quality and ability of students majoring in tourism management is significant for service quality and industrial development of tourism. Through analyzing the development need of tourism and talent training need, it proposes embedded teaching mode of college-enterprise interaction based on professional ability promotion, and provides new theory for further cooperation and improving training quality of higher vocational tourism talents.
