摘要
提出了一种基于T源阻抗网络的直流固态断路器。该断路器可以通过阻抗网络响应短路故障,从而分断故障回路,不需要外加检测、控制系统,增强了系统可靠性。分析了T源断路器的工作机理和电压、电流传递函数,给出了参数设计方法,并进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明:所设计的断路器符合理论预期。
A T-source DC solid-state breaker topology is introduced to break the short circuit fault more quickly so as to improve the continuity and power quality of the DC system. The new scheme makes use of impendence source to interrupt the DC system without current monitor and control system so as to enhance the reliability. The main topological structure is presented by working mechanism, current transfer function, voltage transfer function and parameters design which are derived through comprehensive analysis. The simulation and laboratory results verify the theoretical analvsis.
