摘要
[目的]明确75%戊唑醇·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂对稻曲病的防治效果、适宜剂量及安全性。[方法]采用随机区组试验设计,设水稻破口前5 d施用75%戊唑醇·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂150.0、225.0、300.0 g/hm^2,75%肟菌·戊唑醇水分散粒剂225.0 g/hm^2,20%井冈霉素可溶性粉剂937.5 g/hm^2和空白对照共6个处理,研究其对稻曲病的防治效果。[结果]75%戊唑醇·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂随着用药量提高对稻曲病的防效显著上升,其150.0、225.0、300.0 g/hm^2剂量处理之间防效均达极显著水平,其中225.0 g/hm^2剂量处理的防效达81.4%,与对照药剂75%肟菌·戊唑醇水分散粒剂225.0 g/hm^2无显著差异,但均极显著优于20%井冈霉素可溶性粉剂937.5 g/hm^2处理。[结论]75%戊唑醇·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂对稻曲病具有较好的防治效果,且安全性好,在生产上具有良好的推广应用前景。
[Objective]The aim was to verify the effectivity,appropriate dose,safety of 75% tebuconazole-azoxystrobin WG on controlling rice false smut disease. [Method]Six treatments including 75% tebuconazole-azoxystrobin WG 150. 0,225. 0,300. 0 g/hm^2,75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole WG 225. 0 g/hm^2,20% validamycin SP 937. 5 g/hm^2 and blank control were set up to study their field efficacy with randomized block design. [Result]Disease controlling efficiency grew with dose increase. The control effect of 3 different doses of 75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole WG existed markedly significant difference between each other,with a efficiency up to 81. 4%( 225. 0 g/hm^2) when sprayed5 days before rupturing,which had no significant difference with 75% trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole WG( 225. 0 g/hm^2),but extremely better than 20% validamycin SP( 937. 5 g/hm^2). [Conclusion]75% tebuconazole-azoxystrobin WG had excellent effect and safety on controlling rice false smut. A regional application can be developed.
