摘要
针对5A06铝合金板材表面涂覆石墨后出现的腐蚀现象,利用能谱分析方法,对板材表面不同涂覆状态进行了能谱分析,分析表明石墨溶液中的溶剂、干燥速度、石墨纯度、板材表面状态都会对板材表面腐蚀产生不同程度的影响,并阐明了涂覆石墨后的5A06铝合金板材表面产生腐蚀现象的深层原因——电化学腐蚀,提出了消除板材表面腐蚀痕迹的方法。
The corrosion phenomena would take place on the plate made of 5A06 Aluminum Alloy after being coated with graphite. The energy spectrum analysis (EDS) was adopted. The surfaces of the plates coated in different ways were analyzed with EDS. The results showed that the solvent of the graphite solution, the drying rate, the degree of the graphite purity, the surface state of the plate could affect the surface corrosion. The principle of the electrochemical corrosion was adopted to explain the reason of the surface corrosion phenomena and corresponding method to eliminate the surface corrosion was proposed.
