低温下碳滑板T型橡胶密封条气密性能试验研究

摘要 基于相关标准对碳滑板T型橡胶密封条进行气密性试验,研究低温下其压缩永久变形、体积收缩率、邵氏A硬度以及特定尺寸大小等参数对气密性的影响规律。通过试验得到优化的参数值,压缩永久变形值不大于30%、体积收缩率不大于1.5%、邵氏A硬度为65左右、特定尺寸在2.5 mm^2.6 mm时,橡胶密封条气密性能最好。 An air tightness test is conducted on T-shape rubber sealing strips of carbon slide based on the relevantstandards,to study the affecting law of such four performance parameters to its air tightness,including the perma-nent compression deformation,the volume shrinkage,the Shore A hardness and the specific size of T-shape rubbersealing strips at low temperature.The test indicates a results is that,when the permanent compression deformationis no more than 30%,the volume shrinkage is no more than 1.5%,the Shore A hardness is around 65 and the specif-ic size is 2.5 mm^2.6 mm,the rubber sealing strips will reach a best air tightness.
